 Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of Digital Keys is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Company in writing.

3.2. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other User’s use of the Service.

4. Intellectual property rights

4.1. The Company owns or licenses all rights to the Website, the Service, and the Content, excluding third-party intellectual property.

4.2. The Company does not own the intellectual property rights to the video games made available through the Service.
 All game titles, trademarks, copyrights, and related rights belong to their respective publishers and rights holders.

4.3. Nothing in these Terms grants You any ownership rights in any Content or Digital Keys beyond the limited right to use them in accordance with these Terms.

5. User conduct

5.1. You agree to use the Service in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.

5.2. You must not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any material that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of any third party.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the Service if, in its sole discretion, Your conduct violates these Terms or applicable law.

6. Age restrictions

6.1. The Service is intended exclusively for Users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

6.2. By using the Service, You confirm that You are at least eighteen (18) years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

6.3. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any purchased game complies with applicable age rating requirements (such as PEGI or ESRB) in Your jurisdiction.

7. Purchase process and delivery

7.1. Users may purchase Digital Keys by selecting a product and completing the checkout process on the Website.

7.2. Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available on the Website.

7.3. Delivery of the Digital Key occurs electronically via the User’s account on the Website and/or by email, immediately or shortly after successful payment.

7.4. Once a Digital Key has been delivered, the order is considered fulfilled.

8. Payment methods

8.1. The Company accepts various payment methods, including but not limited to credit and debit cards, as displayed on the Website at the time of purchase.

8.2. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption and security measures.

9. Refund policy

9.1. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are only possible if the Digital Key has not been revealed, delivered, used, or activated.

9.2. By completing a purchase, You expressly agree that once a Digital Key has been delivered or revealed, You lose Your right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

9.3. To request a refund (where eligible), You must contact customer support at [email protected] within thirty (30) days of purchase, providing Your order details.

9.4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

10.1. The Service and all Content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10.2. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices or third-party platforms.

11. Limitation of liability

11.2. The Company’s total liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid by You for the specific Digital Key giving rise to the claim.

12.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

12.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. General provisions

13.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the Service.

13.2. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13.3. The Company’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
