Partner program policy

1. Overview

The Arxperience Ltd partner program allows approved partners to promote the company’s services and receive commissions for completed and confirmed sales generated through their unique tracking links.

The program is designed to reward high-quality, compliant, and sustainable promotion.

2. Eligibility and acceptance

2.1 Participation is open to individuals and legal entities who:

  • Are at least 18 years old;
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information;
  • Comply with this policy and all applicable laws.

By joining the program, the partner agrees to be bound by this policy.

2.2 KYC Requirement for Partner Access

Completion of KYC verification is mandatory for all users prior to fund withdrawal.

Arxperience Ltd reserves the right to restrict, delay, or deny access to withdrawals until KYC verification has been successfully completed.

3. Commission structure and tiers

Commissions are calculated as a percentage of net turnover generated from completed and non-refunded orders placed through a partner’s unique referral link.

3.1 Turnover calculation

Turnover is calculated as the total net value of completed, non-refunded orders attributed to a partner’s referral link.

There is no minimum order value required for an order to be included in turnover calculations.

Orders that are refunded, cancelled, reversed, or charged back are excluded from turnover and commission calculations.

3.2 Commission tiers

Commission rates are assigned based on a tier-based structure reflecting a partner’s confirmed performance.

Tier 1 — 18%

  • Available to any registered partner
  • Requires at least one (1) confirmed sale

Tier 2 — 22%

  • USD 250 or more in turnover, or
  • At least five (5) confirmed sales

Tier 3 — 27%

  • USD 1,000 or more in turnover
  • At least ten (10) confirmed sales
  • Normal conversion rates and compliant traffic sources

Tier 4 — 31%

  • USD 3,000 or more in turnover
  • At least thirty (30) confirmed sales
  • No evidence of fraud or abnormal refund activity

Tier 5 — 35% (maximum)

  • Approximately USD 7,000 or more in turnover
  • Stable performance over several consecutive months
  • Exclusively white-hat, non-incentivised traffic

3.3 Tier qualification and adjustments

Tier qualification is determined based on confirmed performance metrics, including turnover, number of completed sales, and traffic quality.

Tier upgrades are generally applied automatically once the relevant thresholds are met but may be subject to a short confirmation or review period before taking effect.

The Company reserves the right to downgrade a partner’s tier in cases of abnormal refund ratios, traffic quality issues, or violations of this Policy.

3.4 Program structure and referral scope

The Partner Program operates on a single-tier referral model.

Partners earn commissions only from direct referrals generated through their own referral links.

No commissions are paid for referrals made by other partners invited or referred by a partner.

3.5 Earnings limits and compliance review

There is no fixed cap on the total commissions a partner may earn.

However, the Company reserves the right to review unusually high earnings or activity for compliance, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

Such reviews do not constitute an earnings cap and may result in temporary payout delays in accordance with this Policy.

4. Commission rules

  • Commissions are accrued only for completed and non-refunded orders;
  • Refunded or cancelled orders result in commission reversal;
  • Self-purchases, artificial transactions, or manipulation are prohibited.

5. Payouts

  • Payouts are available only after successful KYC verification;
  • Minimum payout thresholds and schedules may apply;
  • Arxperience Ltd may delay or withhold payouts during compliance reviews.

Maximum amount per payout is set to 1500 EUR, but we reserve the right to decrease it in alignment with our internal policies or the agreements with third party payment providers we engage to process your payment. Limits to the maximum amount of payouts per card may also be applied to comply with the AML regulations.

6. Traffic and promotion standards

Partners must use ethical and legal promotion methods. Prohibited activities include:

  • Misleading or false advertising;
  • Spam (email, messaging, or comments);
  • Brand bidding or impersonation without permission;
  • Use of stolen, incentivised, or bot traffic.

7. Violations and enforcement

In case of violations, Arxperience Ltd may:

  • Downgrade the partner’s tier;
  • Suspend or terminate the partner account;
  • Cancel accrued commissions.

Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the partner program at any time. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if linked to violations or unresolved compliance issues.

9. Amendments

This partner program policy may be amended at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
