6.2. Checkout and Payment Information: Upon proceeding to checkout, users will be prompted to log into their account or create a new one, followed by entering billing information and selecting a payment method.
6.3. Payment Execution: We accept several payment methods for your convenience, including Visa and MasterCard. Follow the provided instructions to complete your purchase securely.
6.4. Order Confirmation: After payment processing, an order confirmation will be sent via email, including download and installation instructions for the purchased game.

Refund policy
8.1. Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are possible if the digital game copy has not been activated and the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
8.2. Requesting a Refund: To initiate a refund, you must contact our customer service department ([email protected]) with your order details and reason for the request. The game must remain unactivated, and the request must be made within the specified 30-day period.
8.3. Processing of Refunds: Upon verifying that the game has not been activated and the request meets our terms, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at purchase.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
9.1. The Service and all Content are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9.2. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the Service or any other matter relating to the Service.
General provisions
10.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between You and the Company relating to Your use of the Service.
10.2. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
